I know you are thinking it can’t be that easy.
There has to be more to it but really that is all there is.
What about condition? Price it right and we can sell anything in any condition. For the right price the clutter won’t matter, the mold won’t matter, the yard won’t matter nor will the paint or carpet.
What about location? Again, price it right and we can sell anything anywhere. Near the railroad track in Bryan or College Station? So what. Near a strip club or student housing or the local sewer treatment center? It won’t matter!
Price it right and add exposure and IT WILL SELL!
Why is EXPOSURE the other reason? No matter what you price your property, if you don’t let the right buyer know about it nothing will happen. The objective is to price it well and exposure the property to the largest number of potential purchasers as quickly as possible.
So, price it right and EXPOSE YOURSELF!!!
