Ever Chased an Armadillo in Traditions?

Armadillo College Station Breakaway Pest In pest control we get a lot of different calls. The other week we received a call about an armadillo. It was a man in Traditions that called and said the armadillo was tearing up his yard. I went out there to check things out and sure enough the armadillo had caused a lot of damage. The man’s entire yard is mulch to help the trees grow. Mulch is great for bugs and of course that is what armadillos Read the rest of this entry »

Aggie Sweetheart Ring Photo WANTED!

aggiering.gifThe Aggie Tradition of the Sweetheart Ring stopped back in 1972 (a little before the internet) and I’m searching for a photo. I find many Aggie Class Rings but where are the Sweetheart Ring photos?

Texas A&M says “any male former student in the Class of 1972 or before who qualifies for an Aggie Ring, may order his wife or mother a “sweetheart ring” – a women’s replica of his ring; including the same class year.” The ring may be ordered by the former student, spouse, chidren or siblings. So, if you graduated 1972 or earlier and would like one you may still purchase one.

The ring was an exact replica of an Aggie Ring that a male student could have made to be given to his mother, finance’ or wife. The last class to be eligible to order a ring was the Class of 1972.

Do you have a photo? Let me know!
