The buisness Park in South College Station, on Quality Circle… Near all the cool new developments, Pebble Crook, Castlegate, Castlerock, Stone Forest, and Williams Creek
Great job Jeff! This Business Park is home to several different businesses near College Station, Castlegate, Castlerock, Stone Forest and Williams Creek. A few of the businesses in the park include HTRI (Heat Transfer Research, Inc., Cable Rep, Prodigene, UNS (Universal Computer Services, SourceNet Solutions, STATA and Texas A&M University System. It is a very pretty area at the south end of College Station, Tx. Keep watch for more contests about the interesting locations in the Brazos Valley!
I could have gotten that one! The College Station Business Park is really nice especially since it is so close to home in Pebble Creek.
I got that one too! I took some pictures out there. Jeff, You must spend a lot of time driving around! That is what a great Real Estate Agent does though. And with Castle Rock, Castlegate, Williams Creek, Spring Meadows, Pebble Creek and all those other subdivisions and new construction in this area, that is what we have to do so we know where we are going when it is time to SELL SELL SELL these new homes!!
