    Could it be in Caldwell on Hwy 21 at that house that has all the “art” in the yard? This appears to be a big steel dipper! :)

    That art is Dr. Smith’s house. A former local physician in Caldwell turned sculpture in retirement. The pic is of one of his sculptures in front of First National Bank. One of the oldest banks in Texas.
