Great job Brenda! YOU WIN MOVIE TICKETS!!! Yes, this photo was taken in front of the College Station police department. It is fun to have my kids stand in front of the child and take a photo where it looks like the policeman is talking to them.
I know I am too late to win, but I have to say that this is one reason I LOVE living in Bryan-College Station, Texas! The people of our citites take pride in our area. When you make Bryan-College Station your new home, you will find treasures like this all over town. I have to admit on my one and only trip to this police station (as a victim, not a criminal!!) I was so impressed by this work of bronze art that I just stopped and stared! There are similiar pieces in downtown Bryan, all over Texas A&M campus, and even in various yards through the Brazos Valley! And of course there is Dr. Smith’s art in Caldwell, my old stomping grounds!
No clue…but the little boy looks like my son when he was 3…do I win for that?

GO Brenda!!! Proud of you for getting BOTH challenges correct. Now you can take everyone to the movies. How did you know the statue in front of the College Station Police Station was of Ed Feldman?
I sold him the land where his present house is located. It’s on Koppe Bridge Rd. in Wellborn.
Isn’t it a small world… 6 degrees or something…. In just a few minutes we went from a photo of a statue to knowing where it is, who it is a statue of, where he lives and even who is Realtor is! Great job Brenda!
