Terrible MLS Photos – Can Agents Not Use a Camera?

No, I’m not going to tell you which house this is in the Bryan/College Station area and you sure can’t tell from the photos. Maybe agents should actually look at their photos before they post them! No, I didn’t retouch them at all!

College Station Elementary Schools – ALL Ranked Great!

In my comparisons of schools through Greatschools.net I’ve seen quite a difference between some groups. College Station Elementary Schools ranked very close together in these comparisons. Class sizes in the third grade are between 17 & 20, TAKS score all were in the 80′s & 90′s.

Free Wi-Fi – Do You Care?

Bryan Elementary School – Which One Do I Choose?

I’ve been reviewing and comparing the schools in our area through Greatschools.net. WOW what a difference the ratings are for Bryan Elementary Schools. I’d like to hear your comments on WHY!!!
Average size classes in grade 3 range from 17 – 24 children per class.
Taks scores below are all over the board too -
Checkout the charts below and tell me what you think is happening here. Is the information correct and there is a problem OR is the data incorrect OR is it just being interpreted wrong? What do you think?
