A few options you may have -
- Take the past due payments and attach them to the end of your loan and stay in the house.
- Sell outright.
- Sell for less than you owe and the bank forgives the debt.
- Refinance
But, if you wait until you are several payments behind and you have not looked into your options, your choices get narrower and narrower.
New Federal Laws allow you more options than you have had in the past. Don’t wait! Call if you need help!
