Home with a View? Treehouse? What is in Your Backyard?
June 4th, 2008 Categories: Home Improvement & Design
Looking for a house with a view? How about a treehouse? This Japanese Restaurant is one of the strangest I’ve ever seen. Do you think you have to take the stairs to eat?
I don’t know many kids today that build “real treehouses” anymore. Many people some kind of “kit play equipment” in their backyard. And, some people have VERY upscale equipment, but it isn’t the same (nor does it usually have the risk) that we had as kids when we built our own.
If you are interested in a treehouse that is a little more “normal” (if there is a normal anymore) you have many options. Do you want a treehouse, playhouse or maybe a playhouse on the ground? Searching online I found several VERY upscale treehouse makers. I talked with a few and they all had very different styles – both in building and in their customer service.
One I found very helpful, energetic and enthusiastic about the Century Tree Reader Blog was Daniels Woodland. Not only do you have unbelieveable options in design and style of their treehouses, it can even come with a tree! For those of us who live in an area that doesn’t have the HUGE old trees this is the way to go! Can you imagine how a child must feel when they see not only a treehouse being built just for them but they also have their own tree delivered?
Who do you know who has a treehouse or playhouse or playground equipment that is really nice? Surely in Bryan & College Station som
eone has a GREAT one to share….

As a Realtor in the Bryan/College Station area we have lots of great trees in the King Oaks development for tree houses. One of the above houses or your own would look great in our trees.
Oaks trees will make great locations for the person interested in own a tree house.College Station as an abundance of tree home locations. If sleep walking is a problem, you should consider having a hedge home.Less space between the ground and yourself.
I personally have built my own tree houses when i was young. I wish i had the ability to build like those. I may have been able to avoid falling out of so many tree houses i built if i could have built one like those.
