Do you know why College Station, Texas (Aggieland) and Texas A&M University are so special? What do you tell people when they ask? I know trying to convey just SOME of the many wonderful things about Aggieland is difficult so when I ran across this YouTube video I knew I had to share it.
Take just a few minutes to learn about our community (or refersh your memory). Bryan and College Station are special towns working together along side Texas A&M University and Blinn College. Thanks to the Schools, students and the industries they bring to our community the real estate market is holding firm.

Without the students, we would be much smaller, probably in a recession, driving a pinto, and thrilled that we finally got approved for that used 1984 double wide on the trolley route! I’ll never understand when people complain about the student traffic or the students living in their neighborhood.
It’s kind of like complaining about having an oil well in your back yard that you get royalties off of. I don’t know about you, but with oil prices today, I’ll take one in my back yard and will be totally fine if that thing keeps me up all night pumping away! It’s the same way with the students. No matter what you do for a living in this town, they are the core reason you have what you have.
