  4. Is the home energy efficient? How much is your utility bill going to be?
  5. How is the roof? Does it need to be replaced soon?

  8. Is there aluminum wiring or lead-based paint or any other safety issue that needs to be addressed?

  11. Are the appliances still under warranty?
  12. What appliances need to be purchased?
  13. What are the property taxes?
  14. Are you in the city with city services and city taxes or in the country or in the ETJ?
  15. Have you had the property inspected? What else can you predict will be expenses over the next 5 years?
