Have you seen Stone Forest? It is a beautiful subdivision off William D. Fitch (old Greens Prairie), east of the water tower in College Station.
From January – June 2008 5 homes sold through the Bryan College Station MLS. These homes were on the market from $219,900 to $263,000. They sold between $218,000 to $259,000. They were on the market for sale from 27 – 132 days. They were between 2,208 – 2, 422 square feet. All were 4 bedroom homes.
Currently there are 2 homes under contract in the MLS. They were listed for sale for $239,900 & $264,900. They are 2,265 & 2,545 sq ft.
As of July 20, 2008 there were no homes showing availabe for sale in MLS.
