Sometime today, decide to do something you've never, ever done before, something you often thought of, and have wanted to do, and just DO IT! Start now, and allow your "wild side" out. Ours is a busy world, constantly dealing with sellers and buyers because we chose to do it, but... when will the next opportunity come you way again?
