Foreclosures in Bryan College Station Coming to a Halt?

Bank of America ramped back up their foreclosure process in 23 judicial foreclosure states according to the Wall Street Journal. What does that mean for Texas? Not much since we are not a judicial foreclosure state but it does mean that they believe they have the right and the documentation in place to move forward with foreclosures.

National Anthem at the Century 21 Leadership Conference

Today the top brokers from Century 21 nationwide met together to talk about the real estate market, how to better work with our agents and clients and how to build better businesses. The event began with Bryan Pitts (an employee of Century 21) singing the national anthem. He was wonderful! Thank you Bryan!
